Support for Wendy Thomas Noting Her Investment in the Community

I am writing to encourage my fellow Merrimack residents to vote for Wendy Thomas for State representative in the upcoming election on April 13th.

Since meeting Wendy some 30 years ago I have seen, time and again, the positive impact her ability to thoroughly research an issue and organize action have had in her work investing in the community. I served on the State Advisory Committee for the Education of Students and Children with Disabilities in Concord with her for a number of years, where her contributions to our communication with various state offices, including our reports to the Governor were invaluable. Wendy has always given of her time and her talents to support our community and our state.

The latest public service project of Wendy’s that I was involved with was the Merrimack Mask Makers. Wendy saw the crucial need for masks last spring and took the initiative to coordinate supplies, people to sew, and deliveries of masks in our area. Because of her efforts hundreds of masks were delivered to local hospitals and others who were in need of them.

It is this kind of proven initiative, commitment, and ability that makes Wendy the best candidate to represent the citizens of Merrimack in Concord. Please join me in supporting Wendy Thomas on April 13th.
