This week, New Hampshire gets some early, chilly temperatures – and frost in places, according to AccuWeather.com, on Monday morning – and then a return to relatively normal weather for the region for this time of the year.

Tuesday is looking to be the best day of the week – mostly sunny with highs in the 70s.

Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers during the evening and cloudy with highs in the mid-to-upper-30s. Expect some wind gusts as high as 30 mph in some parts of the state.

Monday: Mostly sunny with highs in the 50s but breezy with wind gusts as high as 35 mph at times. Temps drop down into the high 30s overnight.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 70s but again, gusty winds are expected, as high as 30 mph. Partly cloudy skies at night with temps in the 40s.

Wednesday: Expect a chance of showers during the day but mostly sunny with highs in the 60s. Overnight, lows in the 40s with cloudy skies.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with highs in the 60s.
