Baker, RN, of Advanced Nurturing LLC will address the foundations, biology and four pillars of sleep, offering solutions for children ages 4 months to 6 years. Pay Attention!: Do you find yourself repeating directions? Does it take time to get your child's attention? Do you think your child ignores you? Do you wonder if your child has difficulty with attention? Do you? This workshop will present the topic of paying attention, ways to understand it and traps we fall into when we don't understand it. It will help you understand how attention fits into learning style. You will leave understanding yourself and children a bit better. Toddler Playtime: For toddlers, ages 1 to 2: Gym, circle time, songs, story, snack, fun activities and first friendships. Babytime: An educational, playful and supportive group for babies up to 12 months and their parents or other caregivers; expecting parents also welcome. A developmental therapist from the Children’s Rehab Center of Portsmouth Regional Hospital comes to Babytime once a month to talk about infants' motor, social/emotional, language and brain development.
