PORTSMOUTH, NH — The 1st Annual PHS Boys Basketball Scholarship Fundraiser "Ballers for Scholars" will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, at Portsmouth High School (50 Andrew Jarvis Drive). The cost is $2 for adults, $5 per family, and free entry for kids under 5 yrs old. The details are below.
