Joe Biden To Visit Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Joe Biden will visit Portsmouth this week as part of his 2020 campaign for president. The former vice president is set to attend the New Hampshire Young Democrats' annual summer cookout this Friday. The Red, White & BBQ cookout is being held starting at 6 p.m. at Cisco Brewers in Portsmouth.

The New Hampshire Young Democrats are a chapter of the Young Democrats of America. Their fifth annual summer cookout with Biden will feature Democrats from across the state and country. The event will celebrate recent legislative advocacy work, according to the organization.

WMUR reported that this will be Biden's third stop in the Granite State after announcing his campaign for presidency in April.
