UPDATE: AG Identifies Madbury Man Found Dead in Maine

NH Attorney General said the homicide investigation is continuing and a positive identification of the victim will likely be Monday or Tuesday.

New Hampshire authorities have identified the homicide victim found in southern Maine as 18-year-old Aaron Wilkinson of 36 Evans Road in Madbury.

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster, State Police Col. Robert L. Quinn, and Madbury Police Chief Joseph McGann announced the positive identification June 23 following an autopsy performed on the body, which was found in Lebanon, Maine, on June 21.

An 18-year-old man from Madbury was found dead of stabs wounds in Lebanon, Maine, after a parent reported him missing from their home Saturday.

New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph Foster, New Hampshire State Police Col. Robert Quinn and Madbury Police Chief Joseph McGann announced the homicide investigation June 22 after an autopsy was conducted.

A definitive identification of the victim is expected within the next day or two.
