Police Arrest City Man for Repeat DWI Charges
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log on Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8.
Saturday:
- At 12:02 a.m., police reported a fight on State Street.
- At 1:17 a.m., police reported a theft on Market Street.
- At 1:28 a.m., police reported criminal trespass at a private residence on Bartlett and Thornton streets after two male subjects were having a snowball fight.
- At 1:30 a.m., police reported another fight on Maplewood Avenue where a male subject hit a woman with a snowball.
- At 8:45 a.m., police reported a two-car accident without injury on Lafayette Road and South Street.
- At 5:56 p.m., police reported an accident on Corporate Drive and Grafton Road after a driver struck a deer.
- At 6:31 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Chapel and State streets without injury.
- At 9:43 p.m., police arrested a Hampton woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice at Portsmouth Regional Hospital on Borthwick Avenue. Darci Ryan, 43, of 409 Ocean Blvd, was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Hampton Police.
- At 12:54 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man for drunken driving on Deer and Russell streets. Timothy G. White, 26, of 301 Springbrook Circle was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated (second offense).
- At 3:12 a.m., police arrested a Greenland man on Blue Heron Drive for motor vehicle offenses. Jeron Lee Brokenbrough, 31, of 677 Portsmouth Ave., was charged with operating without a valid license, driving after revocation or suspension, possession of controlled narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
