$60K Muscle Stimulator Reported Stolen at Traffic Circle
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, Oct. 13 to Monday, Oct. 14.
Sunday:
- At 11:26 a.m., police reported graffiti on a building on State Street.
- Also at 11:26 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Weald Road after the caller said someone shot out one of her windows overnight with a BB gun.
- At 11:46 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic dispute on Gosling Road. Robin-Adell Anderson, 33, of 56 Gosling Road was charged with simple assault.
- At 8:36 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. George Brandt Atkins, 61, of 25 South Mill St., Apt. 2 was wanted for simple assault.
- At 11:49 p.m., police arrested a Manchester man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Borthwick Avenue after he allegedly threatened to kill a doctor at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Thomas Bagstraw, 47, address unknown, was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Merrimack Police.
- At 8:44 a.m., police reported a theft at the Portsmouth Rotary Circle of a back muscle stimulator valued at $60,000.
- At 4:33 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Lincoln Street after the caller said someone had gone through their vehicle, but did not take anything.
- At 10:45 p.m., police reported criminal mischief after a desk clerk at the Hampton Inn reported a broken window.
