Police Searching For Fugitive After Chase, Pease Security Breach
Portsmouth police are asking for assistance finding David Hall, formerly of Wolfeboro, on drug, other warrants, after incidents on Saturday.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Police in Portsmouth are asking for the public's help finding a fugitive after a chase in the city on Saturday.
An officer stopped a vehicle on Gosling Road and as they approached the vehicle, it sped off at a high rate of speed, according to Sgt. Seth Tondreault of the Portsmouth Police Department. The vehicle continued on Gosling Road and entered the U.S. Air Force Base on Pease Boulevard where the driver left the vehicle and ran from police.
"He briefly ran through the secured base before scaling a perimeter fence and exiting," Tondreault said. "Units converged and an exhaustive search was conducted; the subject was not located."

The driver was identified as David C. Hall, 38, with a last known address of Wolfeboro. He was described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, about 165 pounds, bald, with brown eyes.
"He has distinctive neck, face, and head tattoos, he said.

Police have an active warrant on seven charges including felony drug and driving charges based on the incident. Tondreault said officers were assisted by K-9 "Axe," the department's drone unit, the New Hampshire State Police K-9 unit, the Pease Development Authority, and police from Greenland and Newington.
Hall is a felon due to a burglary conviction out of Effingham in November 2009.

Tipsters could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your information leads to an arrest and indictment.
