Portsmouth Christmas Tree Collection Schedule
Portsmouth residents can dispose of Christmas trees in their curbside trash starting Friday.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — Christmas is over, and while many Portsmouth Christmas trees will likely stay up through New Year's, eventually they have to go. Falling needles make a mess and dried-out trees present a fire hazard.
In Portsmouth, curbside Christmas tree collection will start Fri., Dec. 28, and continue until Jan. 15. Residents can leave their tree out on their normal pickup day.
Residents can also dispose of trees at the recycling center on Peverly Hill Road.
