Portsmouth Man Nabbed for Credit Card Fraud, Theft
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Nov. 21.
Thursday:
- At 5:29 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Elwyn Road where a deer was struck and injured before it went back into the woods.
- At 10:12 a.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road after the caller said he saw two people run out of a store with a bunch of toys before they got into a car and fled the scene.
- At 12:05 p.m., police reported criminal trespass on Winsor Road after the caller from the Portsmouth Housing Authority said someone broke into the office and was captured on video.
- At 12:10 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Market Street that resulted in an argument between the two drivers.
- At 12:19 p.m., police responded to a truancy complaint on Middle Road.
- At 6:47 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Kevin C. McLaughlin, 41, of 1 Freedom Circle, Apt. 24, was wanted for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft; all other.
- At 7:09 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Danielle M. Lepouttre, 26, of 296 Hanover St., Apt. A, was wanted on an arrest warrant.
