This is another community policing effort by the Portsmouth Police Department, and a way for officers to have both proactive, and positive interaction with the community. It is also a fun way to remind both children, and adults to be safe during Halloween.

If any Portsmouth residents would like a free Halloween bag, they are available in the station lobby.
