Wednesday, May 2
- A caller on Rt. 33 reported a silver four-door sedan sideswiped him while he was driving. The caller said the other driver continued onto I-95. Another man called in to police to say he also witnessed the accident and said the car was likely a Ford Fusion or Focus.
- A caller on State Street reported a man who has been living in the park near her home. She said the man uses their water spigot to wash his clothes and then hangs them in the trees in the park. Police spoke to the man who was advised not to leave his belongings in public.
- Police were called to remove a man from a Lafayette Road business after he made vulgar statements and was showing signs of mental health issues.
- Police were called to Langdon, Cottage Bartlett and Pine Streets for reports of unlicensed animals.
- A caller on reported her dogs was attacked by two other dogs while she was on Dennett Street. The caller told police the other dogs were both large and attacked while on a walk with a neighbor.
- Police arrested Jamie Pointer, 32, of Portsmouth, N.H., as a fugitive from justice on Parrott Avenue.
- A walk-in reported an incident of identity fraud with a loss of $28,000.
- A caller reported an older man with a camo jacket carrying what he thought to be a shotgun on Banfield Road. Police checked the area and the man was gone on arrival.
- A caller on Spinnaker Way said he believes a neighbor ripped down a flag at his home. After checking video of the area, it was revealed wind ripped it down.
- A homeless man was kicked out of the Vaughan Mall and trespassed from the property.

- Police were called to Pleasant Street for a report of two people kicking each other. Turns out the two were drunk friends, horsing around.
- Police received three 911 hang ups from a Market Street building.
