PORTSMOUTH, NH — The Portsmouth School District will be closed on Tuesday due to the second half of a snowstorm expected to hit the state tonight and tomorrow. Saint Patrick Academy of Portsmouth will also be closed. YMCA of the Seacoast will also be closed.
