Woman Accused of Driving Getaway Car in Robberies

Portsmouth Police allege the woman drove the car for the man charged with the armed robberies last month at Cabot Street Market and Hanscom's Truck Stop.

Portsmouth police announced a second arrest in connection with two armed robberies last month at a truck stop and outside of a convenience store.

Police said Kassandra L. Young, 28, of 179B Greenleaf Ave., Portsmouth, was arrested July 9 and charged with two felony counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another.

Police allege she drove the car for the man charged with the armed robberies at Cabot Street Market and Hanscom's Truck Stop.

William F. Flibotte, 21, with a last known address of 105 Beech Hill Road in Exeter, was arrested and charged July 8 with the armed robberies.

Young was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and she is scheduled to be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on Aug. 18.

Portsmouth police said the investigation was given a boost by tips via the Seacoast Crime Stoppers.
