Portsmouth Woman Charged with Assault

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, Dec. 13.
Friday:
- At 10:13 a.m., police reported an iPhone theft on Campus Drive with a suspect.
- At 1:43 a.m., police reported a two-car accident on Lafayette Road without injury.
- At 1:32 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident that involved two trucks and one smaller vehicle on Dennett Street and Woodbury Avenue.
- At 3:01 p.m., police reported fraud at Oriental Gardens after the caller said someone withdrew some money from an account.
- At 4 p.m., police reported a theft on Brewster Street after the caller said one tenant "strong armed" him for $20.
- At 4:40 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Lafayette Road without injuries.
- At 5:12 p.m., police responded to another two-car crash on Cutts Street and the Route 1 Bypass southbound without injury.
- At 9:01 p.m., police reported a theft of a cell phone on Corporate Drive.
- At 9:31 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Caitlin E. Reagan, 25, of 517 Middle St., Apt. 3 was wanted for simple assault.
