Public Meeting at Pease on Draft NH Energy Strategy

The state is holding a public meeting on the Draft State Energy Strategy on June 24 at Pease International Tradeport.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Department of Environmental Services regional office located at 222 International Drive, Suite 175, Portsmouth.

Senate Bill 191 of 2013 required the Office of Energy and Planning, in consultation with the State Energy Advisory Council, to develop a strategy "to ensure that the state's energy policies and programs support the state’s economic, environmental, and public health goals."
 
Members of the public can show up, but the state is asking people to register in advance to help with logistics. To register, email OEPInfo@nh.gov with the subject "Energy Strategy Registration."
