Portwalk Place is transforming a three-block area previously occupied by the Parade Office Mall - voted the “ugliest building in Portsmouth” - into a beautiful and inviting, mixed-use development that has been built in three phases. At the end of 2013, Portwalk Place announced it had leased all street-level retail space for the project’s first two phases.
