Residences at Portwalk I and II Renamed 'Opus' and 'Aria'

Portwalk Place has renamed the Residences at Portwalk I and II as "Opus" and "Aria," ahead of the first occupancy of the luxury apartments in late summer.

Prospective residents are invited to join "Portwalk Insiders," which offers access to information and news about the project.

With 113 luxury apartment homes, Aria will feature more than 40 open-concept floor plans to choose from, including 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts. Portwalk Place is transforming a three-block area previously occupied by the Parade Office Mall - voted the “ugliest building in Portsmouth” - into a beautiful and inviting, mixed-use development that has been built in three phases.
