ROCHESTER, NH - On March 2, 2020, Michael Jouvelakas, 31, of Dover, turned himself into police regarding an open warrant for his arrest, charging him with two counts of cruelty to animals stemming from an incident reported in October 2019. Jouvelakas was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on March 30, 2020, at 8:15 am at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
