The Rockingham County Sheriff's Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Mark Steven St. Pierre II, 37, of 35 York St., York, Maine, violation of parole orig/receiving stolen property, June 16.

• James Brian Fernekees, 47, of 757 North High St., Bridgton, Maine, failure to appear arraignment, orig/sale of heroin and possession of amphetamine, June 16

• Rashon Edward Sumler, 27, of 875 North Main St., Brewer, Maine, failure to appear arraignment, orig/cocaine possession, June 16.

• Michael Anthony Burney, 29, of 20 Adder Lane, Seabrook, failure to appear, pre-trial possession of suboxone, June 16.

• Christopher Joseph Solano, 41, of 14L Phillip Road, Derry, failure to appear, drug court orig/theft, June 17.

• Robin Allan Witham Jr., 26, of 95 Military St., Apt. 105, Houlton, Maine, failure to appear arraignment, receiving stolen property, June 17.

• Nicole Marie Fahey, 41, of 188 Raymond Road, Nottingham, failure to appear probable hearing, orig/endangering the welfare of a child, control of premises where drugs kept, June 17.
