Leather Jacket Worth $1,600 Stolen on Longmeadow Road

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.
Tuesday:
- At 10:08 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Borthwick Avenue without injury.
- At 12:53 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Pease Boulevard and International Drive without injury.
- At 12:58 p.m., police arrested a Saco, Maine man for motor vehicle offenses on Robert Avenue and Lafayette Road. Nathaniel Shanahan Glavin, 34, of 97 Ocean Park Road was charged with disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license.
- At 1:12 p.m., police reported the theft of a leather jacket valued at $1,600 on Longmeadow Road.
- At 4:38 p.m., police reported a car versus a bicycle accident on Miller Avenue.
- At 3:43 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Woodbury Avenue.
- At 12:20 a.m., police received a fireworks complaint on Lafayette Road.
- At 12:44 a.m., police received a second fireworks complaint on Decatur Road.
