Show Vaccine Card, Get A Free Friendly Toast Churros Or Mimosa
The Bedford and Portsmouth eatery is hoping to make the coronavirus vaccine "sweeter and bubblier" for vaccinated patrons through May 31.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — At least one restaurant in New Hampshire is trying to have a little fun with the COVID-19 vaccine while also making life a little "sweeter and bubblier" for patrons who get the coronavirus vaccine.
The Friendly Toast, which has locations at 113 Congress St. in Portsmouth and 4 Main St. In Bedford, is offering fully vaccinated customers, who show their cards, the option of a free appetizer or a mimosa. The app being offered is called a "Donuts Ridin' Shotty" churros. It features a crispy fried donut with cinnamon, sugar, cheesecake glaze, and jam. The mimosa is the eatery's traditional version.
The churros can be ordered morning, noon, or night. The offer is good for dine-in only customers and only one appetizer is allowed per table. The offer is only available for the restaurant's New Hampshire locations and runs through Memorial Day, May 31.
