2 Men Indicted In Gruesome Derry Kidnapping, Stabbing Case: Court
Caregiver accused of 10 counts of ID fraud; Derry man indicted on deadly weapon charge accused of driving into restaurant; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Camp for Grownups Ltd. of Portsmouth, owned and operated by Byron Siegal of Quincy, Massachusetts, was indicted on a single felony count of regulation of business practices for consumer protection-acts unlawful accused of accepting funds for a camp scheduled for August 2019 but never holding the camp or returning the funds.
Christina Lariviere aka Christina Soleil, 35, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow on 10 identity fraud and two felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges. She is accused of opening up financial accounts in the name of elderly residents in Londonderry and Pelham and charging Amazon items and making a bank payment from accounts in November 2019 while working as a caregiver.

Crystal A. Allen, 40, of East Dover Road in Dover Foxcroft, Maine, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge after an incident in North Hampton on Jan. 7.
Michelle Ann Almon, 48, of Greenleaf Avenue in Portsmouth on two felony sale of controlled drug charges. She is accused of selling methamphetamine on Feb. 4 and crack cocaine on Feb. 7 to a confidential source working with Portsmouth police.
Tyler Andrews, 23, of Linlew Drive in Derry on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He is accused of driving his car into the front of an Applebee's Restaurant in Derry on Dec. 25, 2019.
Kristina Arsenault, 30, of Derry Way in Derry on a felony attempted theft by deception charge — attempting to obtain cash from a check drawn on a closed account on Oct. 29, 2019, in Derry.
Amanda Barrager, 33, of Federal Street in Waterboro, ME, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She is accused of overreporting lottery winnings and keeping the difference for herself, more than $1,500, at a Big Apple store in Portsmouth between July 1, and Aug. 8, 2019.
Darren Benton, 44, of Underhill Street in Nashua on criminal restraint and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He is accused of working with Ronny Betances to hold a knife against a man, tying him to a tree, and pouring bleach on rope and a winch strap on June 19.
Ronald "Ronny" Betances, 37, of Pine Street in Manchester on three first-degree assault, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal restraint, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He is accused slashing a man and pouring bleach on the wounds as well as his eyes and working with Darren Benton to tie the victim to a tree and hide evidence.
Marcel A. Boutot Jr., 30, of Tsienneto Road in Derry on felony possession of clonazepam and possession of fentanyl charges after an incident in Londonderry on May 13.
