Salem Girl Sings 'Boston State of Mind' for Billy Joel

Emma Stanganelli of Salem sang a version of "Boston State of Mind" at Fenway Park as part of the Billy Joel concert on June 26.

WMUR-TV has a great story on how the 13-year-old got to the stage in the first place. 

Joel adapted the lyrics to his "New York State of Mind" and he gave a nod to Boston, after the Boston Marathon bombings. The "Boston State of Mind," courtesy of Stanganelli, followed Joel singing "The Entertainer."
