Derry Man Indicted On 39 Child Sex Abuse Image Charges: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Joseph Peter Agri, 50, of Wilson Street in Manchester on possession of methamphetamine-subsequent and possession of clonazepam-subsequent charges after an incident in Derry Jan. 10. According to the indictment, he has been convicted on charges before.

Joseph Fournier Alfano Jr., 22, of Ward Avenue in Wallingford, Connecticut, on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell charge. He is accused of acting in concert with Michael Banton to sell marijuana in North Hampton on Sept. 24, 2019, in North Hampton.

Marc A. Anderson, pictured upper left, 29, of Jefferson Street in Derry, on 38 felony possession of child sexual abuse image charges on April 14 in Derry.

Weiland Telfair Anderson, upper center, 20, of Lamplighter Lane in Salem on second-degree assault and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as a criminal mischief charge. He is accused of driving a motor vehicle at a man and striking a fire hydrant on Oct. 1, 2019, in Hampton.

Nicole Marie Ashline, upper right, 32, of Gerrish Drive in Sanford, Maine, on a felony sale of meth charge from Jan. 24, 2019, in Portsmouth and a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at Walmart in Portsmouth on Dec. 19, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Marc F. Balban, 62, of Bridge Street in Manchester on felony possession of fentanyl and driving under the influence charges after an incident Sept. 3, 2019, in Windham.

Michael Anthony Banton, 22, of Corigan Avenue in Meriden, Connecticut, on felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell charge. He is accused of working on concert with Joseph Alfano Jr. on Sept. 24, 2019, to sell the drug in North Hampton.

Joel Barbosa, 35, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem on possession of fentanyl, possession of clonidine, possession of buprenorphine, and attempted theft by unauthorized taking-cosmetics at CVS charges, all felonies, on Jan. 9 in Salem.

Seamus Forest Barrett, 23, of Seamans Road in New London on felony assault by prisoners and simple assault on a law enforcement officer charges on March 13. He is accused of spitting on a corrections officers in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Alec Franklin Blazek, lower left, 24, of Dorion Road in Windham on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation and kidnapping-domestic violence charges, both felonies, between Feb. 6 and Feb. 15 in Windham.

Andrew C. Bochart, 34, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He is accused of pushing a woman causing her to fall and hit her head on the ground causing loss of consciousness on Feb. 29.

Barry Booker, 56, of Oak Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on and two theft charges on Jan. 13 at Kohl's and Lord & Taylor in Salem and possession of buprenorphine and two delivery of articles prohibited charges Jan. 30 in Brentwood.
