Girls on the Run Registration OPEN for Salem Teams!

Girls on the Run is a 10-week curriculum based program that utilizes the power of running to provide girls with the tools to celebrate themselves, honor their voices, and recognize their gifts, culminating with a 5K event on May 30th in Portsmouth, NH.

The program is open to Salem girls of all fitness and ability levels. Over the 10-week program, girls develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness.

Programs are available at all Salem elementary schools: Barron, Fisk, Lancaster, North Salem and Soule. In addition, there is a team at Woodbury School for girls in grades 6-8. All teams will begin the week of March 16th.
