Obituary: Donald Peterson, 50, of Salem

Donald “Don” J. Peterson, 50, of Salem, New Hampshire, died Monday, Dec. 1.

Born in Boston, he was raised in Medford and had lived in Salem, New Hampshire, for the past 15 years. Donald worked at the Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge for the past 15 years, the past five years as Director of Network Engineering. He was a member of the Rockingham Christian Church in Salem, New Hampshire.

Beloved husband of Jeannie Cass. Devoted father of Matthew R. Peterson and Holly R. Peterson, both of New Hampshire. Cherished son of Richard Peterson and his companion Diana Wojcik of Medford and the late Julia (Sullivan) Peterson. Brother of Joseph M. Peterson of Medford and Scott W. Peterson and his wife Marcelle of Attleboro. Uncle of Allie Peterson. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Friend of Bill W.

A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, 4-8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
