Salem High School Names Seniors of the Month
Recipients were chosen based on excellence in Character, Leadership, Service, Citizenship, and Academics.

From Salem School District: Congratulations to Salem High School’s Seniors of the Month for January, February, March, April and May of 2017! Recipients were chosen based on excellence in Character, Leadership, Service, Citizenship, and Academics.
January-Keith Palombo

Keith is a member of the Salem High Varsity Baseball team and is also a Unit Commander in AFJROTC. He plans to attend UMass Lowell in the Fall and study Chemical Engineering. Keith also plans to participate in the AFJROTC program offered at UMass Lowell to become an officer with the Airforce upon graduation from UMass.

February-Jesse Madore

Jesse is currently involved in many activities both at Salem High and throughout the town of Salem. She studies dance at the Studio of Performing Arts, is the National Honor Society Vice-President, provides tutoring for both Woodbury Middle School Students and does Peer-Tutoring at the High School. Jesse’s long-term goal is to become a pharmacist. She will be attending MCPHS and will also be a part of the Fenway Schools Dance team because she doesn’t want her dance career to end her Senior year of high school.

March-Serena Uliano

Serena has many different activities in which she is currently involved it. She is Science Club President, a member of the Key Club, Student Council, and the National Honor Society. She volunteers her time for Peer-tutoring, volunteering at the Kelley Library, and is also a teacher of Religion Education at Saint Mary and Joseph Parish. Serena plans to earn a Doctorate in History, and after that attend law school.
April- Alexa LoDuca
Alexa spends her time at Salem High being involved in a number of different clubs and activities. She is a member of the National Honor Society, as well as the Actors Guild at Salem High. Outside of Salem High School Alexa participates in The Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program, and is also an advocate and volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She also enjoys singing the National Anthem at events, and public speaking. She plans to attend college and pursue a degree in communications and theatre with a minor in business.
May-Rebecca Healey

Rebecca is involved in JROTC, Cross Country in the Fall, and National Honor Society at Salem High. She plans to attend the University of Vermont and Major in Biology. She will continue JROTC at the University of Vermont. Rebecca would like to go into the Army after college and become a general surgeon or a flight surgeon.
