Tuesday, May 29
- A caller from Burger King on South Broadway Street reported a blind man in the store needing assistance. When police arrived the man declined assistance.
- A woman reported a past assault on Hutch Road to police.
- Police were called to Market Basket for a shoplifter, a woman in her 40's who bought cigarettes but did not pay for her groceries.
- A woman reported the theft of her wallet from her car on Pelham Road.
- Police arrested Michelle Remy, 18, of Atkinson, NH for theft at the Target on South Broadway Street.
- A caller on Green Ave reported his wife was out of control and tried to set her robe on fire. The caller said the woman also owns a firearm, which he could not locate. Police responded and waited for her mother to take custody of her.
- Police were called to Peggy Lane for an ongoing investigation involving criminal threatening.

- Police arrested Manuel Martinez, 31, of Derry, NH on an outstanding warrant. He was picked up after someone reported a suspicious vehicle at the Red Roof Inn.
