St. Joseph School Receives Assistance From Anaren Ceramics
Employees offered community service day work before the Salem Catholic school opened for the new year recently.
SALEM, NH — St. Joseph Regional Catholic School was busy preparing for the new school year. Like most schools at this time of year, its “to do list” is long. This list, however, was once again shortened thanks to a group of generous volunteers from Anaren Ceramics, according to a press statement. The company, based in Salem, specializes in the manufacture of components for the wireless communications, space and defense electronics, wireless consumer electronics, and IoT markets.
A team of employees reported to the school at 40 Main St. and quickly got busy working on a few important projects. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Salem NH Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
“For the second year our school is so grateful to have been chosen by their employees to be the recipient of their community support efforts,” explained Mrs. Mary Croteau, Principal. “Our playground was overdue for weeding, classroom furniture needed to be relocated, and storage areas were due for reorganization. Their team accomplished it all, and then some."
