Tuscan Launches Program To Support Boys And Girls Clubs
Ten percent of gift card purchases in Salem, Portsmouth, Burlington, and Boston, will be donated to local orgs.

SALEM, NH — Tuscan Brands’ founder and Chief Food Taster Joe Faro has forged a new partnership between the newly-opened Tuscan Kitchen Seaport and the Edgerley Family South Boston Boys & Girls Club to raise money for college scholarships this holiday season, according to a press statement. For several years, Faro has partnered with clubs in Salem as well as Lawrence and Woburn. As part of Tuscan Brands’ holiday scholarship drive, 10 percent of gift card sales will be donated to fund scholarships at each Boys & Girls Club.
“Tuscan Brands is a passionate supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs and is committed to giving back to help support our children,” Faro said in a statement. “With our new location in Boston’s Seaport, we are eager to help our new neighbors and look forward to helping kids at the Club in South Boston follow their dreams.”
In addition to the scholarship drive, Faro has hosted toy and turkey giveaways at the Boys & Girls Clubs, and offers a Junior Chef program which includes free summer cooking classes for kids at his restaurants.
