"Living in Italy for 8 years I grew to love Italian cuisine and my favorite food was always the 'schiacciata', a flatbread served in many ways," Colbertaldo, CEO of Farinolio, wrote on Farinolio's Facebook page.

It will be located at 121 E Broad Street in Westfield. More details about the soft opening and grand opening will be shared "really soon" on Farinolio's Facebook page.
