Basking Local Opens Tuscan Bakery In Westfield
Farinolio offers an authentic experience and the simplicity of a Tuscan menu filled with unique items from 'schiacciata' to 'brioscia.'

WESTFIELD, NJ — Farinolio, a Tuscan Bakery, opened on Tuesday in the downtown area of Westfield.
A Tuscany native Francesco Colbertaldo and Annette Colbertaldo of Basking Ridge opened Farinolio 121 E Broad St. The bakery offers an authentic experience and the simplicity of a Tuscan menu filled with unique items from 'schiacciata' to 'brioscia' and tapas.
"Living in Italy for 8 years I grew to love Italian cuisine and my favorite food was always the 'schiacciata', a flatbread served in many ways," Colbertaldo, CEO of Farinolio, wrote on Farinolio's Facebook page.
