Basking Ridge 7-Eleven Offering 2 Free Disney World Tickets

The contest winner will get drawn May 8 on live television. Here's how to enter.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Want a free trip to Disney World? You could wish upon a star, but you can also visit 7-Eleven in Basking Ridge.

The store at 545 Martinsville Rd. is holding a contest offering two free tickets to Disney World. Shoppers just need to visit the shop and provide their name and number.

They will announce the winners May 8 on live television. Piscataway Cable Television will televise the event starting at 1 p.m., culminating with a 3 p.m. drawing.

The tickets are good for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom — all at Disney World in Orlando — according to store owner Mark Casale.

He and his wife, Karen Dupiche, will draw the winning ticket. Dupiche is an Emmy Award-winning makeup artist for The View and the personal makeup artist for Whoopi Goldberg, among other celebrities.

Disney World closed for about four months last year because of the coronavirus. But the park began a phased reopening last July.
