BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Here are the latest coronavirus updates around Basking Ridge.

Cases and Vaccinations

Somerset County officials reported 22 new cases and no new deaths in Bernards Township from Feb. 25 to Wednesday. The county health department has logged 1,163 cases and 47 deaths in the township since the pandemic began.

Health officials have reported 18,374 cases and 685 deaths to date in Somerset County.

State officials have tallied 91,997 vaccine doses administered in Somerset County — an increase of about 22,000 since Basking Ridge Patch's last update Feb. 25.

  • Somerset County is hosting a free COVID-19 mobile test site on Friday in North Plainfield. Testing will be done between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the North Plainfield
    Fire Department, at 8 Lincoln Place for Somerset County residents. MORE.
