Basking Ridge Senior Community Named Among Best In The Nation

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Fellowship Senior Living found itself in elite company. For the second year straight, Caring.com named it one of the top senior communities in the nation.

Fellowship Senior Living was one of four communities in New Jersey and 156 in the nation to receive the honor. The Caring Star award is designed to help seniors and their families discover top-rated communities and in-home care agencies. Senior living communities must fit the following criteria to qualify:

• an overall Caring.com rating of 4.5 stars or higher (on a scale of 1 to 5) by Oct. 15
• 10 or more consumer reviews published on the website by the same date
• three or more reviews on their listing dated between Oct. 15, 2019 and Oct. 15, 2020, including at least one posted during 2020 and at least one five-star rating
• responses to all negative (1- or 2-star) reviews on their listing

"I love living here!" a resident said Sept. 10. "I never anticipated the wonderful friendships that have developed since I arrived. I have a beautiful home, I enjoy eating in the Bistro never knowing which friends I will run into or what the topic of the evening will be. The are plenty of activities, we have a wonderful new professional theater, so we don’t have to leave campus to see professional performers. We are excited about the brand new indoor-outdoor lounge which will be open next month."

"My experience with Fellowship Village Senior Living was very good," said someone who visited the facility. "The staff was very friendly. The rooms were small, but the place was very clean. They have a bistro, a dining room, indoor and outdoor bar, pool, gym, and TV hall."

Fellowship Senior Living is home to more than 400 residents on a 72-acre campus.
