Testing begins at 9 a.m. March 25 at the Bernards Township Community Center.

The Bernards Township Health Department has scheduled COVID-19 testing for Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Bernards Township Community Center located at 289 South Maple Avenue in Basking Ridge, NJ starting at 9:00 a.m. Protect yourself, your loved ones, and your community by getting tested for COVID-19. Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2, commonly referred to as Coronavirus (COVID-19), will be performed by FDA approved, Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) platform. Clinical services will be provided by WellCare.
All participants must remain in their vehicle until their appointment time and must wear a mask or face covering during registration and testing. All clients will be screened which includes answering questions and check of vital signs. To be tested, participants need to present a state-issued photo ID or driver’s license and their medical insurance cards for identification.

Testing is fast, safe, and is available for those age 5 through adults. Positive results of the lab test will be delivered by phone or text in a timely manner and a hard copy is available upon request. WellCare will provide client with information on how the result can be obtained.
With medical insurance there is no cost for participating in the COVID-19 testing event. Only diagnostic medical services covered by your medical insurance will be performed.
