Daycare With Adult Workspace, Fitness Center Is Hiring, Enrolling

GLADSTONE, NJ — The Haven Collection is hiring full- and part-time positions and enrolling members at its new 8,300 square-foot childcare, coworking, and fitness campus in Gladstone.

The daycare offering a co-working space and fitness center to accommodate parents and guardians will open its second location at 17 Mendham Road in Gladstone by Aug. 1.

Among the available positions are full- and part-time infant and toddler caregivers and full- and part time floaters, to assist in the toddler and preschool classrooms.

Flexible schedules are available for part-time staff while full-time staff receive a benefits package, including salaried pay, paid time off, holiday and sick time, 50 percent paid medical and dental coverage and a 401k. The Haven Collection is the parent company of the Coggeshall Club — the nation's first licensed daycare to offer unlimited co-working and fitness spaces to member families, according to a news release. The company opened in Rhode Island in 2019, setting to eliminate commutes to and from daycare, work and the gym.

The childcare program offers flexible scheduling, which lets members scale up and down as needed, without a weekly minimum or set schedule required. Parents can choose to have their children attend daycare for 2.5 to 5 days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Workspace amenities include a conference table, printers, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and snacks. The office also has a large window, where parents can see their child play outside. The fitness area contains spin bikes and classes streamed by Peleton, as well as in-person yoga, Pilates and strength training.

A wellness suite contains access to massages, physical therapy, reflexology, reiki, life and career coaching, and parent support groups.
