Hundreds Wake Up Without Power In Basking Ridge
JCP&L is reporting power will be restored by 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Hundreds of Basking Ridge residents are waking up Friday to no power following a severe wind storm around midnight.
A tornado warning was issued in Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer and Hunterdon counties on Friday morning. A severe thunderstorm warning was also issued nearly across the state.
As of 4:15 p.m. JCP&L is reporting 97 residents in Basking Ridge are without power down from 434.

A total of 98 in Bernardsville and 26 in Bedminster are also without power. JCP&L is reporting power will be restored by 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The outages in Basking Ridge are being reported pretty much across the township including near Harry Dunham Park, Liberty Corner Road, Spring Valley Road, Mountain View Road, Round Top Road, Lyons Road, South Finley Avenue and more.
