Liberty Corner Fire Company To Hold Food Truck Fundraiser
The event, which will have two local food trucks, will support the all-volunteer fire company.
LIBERTY CORNER, NJ — The Liberty Corner Fire Company is bringing a new fundraiser to town. The food truck fundraiser takes place from 3-8 p.m. April 17 at the firehouse (95 Church St., Liberty Corner).
The event will feature two Basking Ridge food trucks, and a portion of proceeds will support the all-volunteer fire company.
Online ordering will become available in early April. Check out the menu previews for Cas' Pierogi & Kielbasa and Summer Daze Catering Co.

The fundraiser will be takeout only. But depending on the response, the fire company may host eat-ins or events with food trucks during fundraisers.
The all-volunteer fire company has covered the Liberty Corner section of Bernards Township since 1910.
