Priscilla’s Pantry Opens New Location In Basking Ridge
Basking Ridge resident Priscilla Vincent moved her eatery from Liberty Corner to the other side of the township. It opens today.
BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Five years ago Basking Ridge resident Priscilla Vincent left a corporate job to follow "a crazy passion for food, coffee, and especially entertaining." Now she is moving her eatery, Priscilla’s Pantry, from one side of the township to the other.
Priscilla’s Pantry had been located in the Liberty Corner section of Bernards Township for five years. Vincent had outgrown the place after three years and was looking to expand.
She had planned to keep the current location and also open a new location at 199 Morristown Rd., just across from The Old Mill Inn. Unfortunately the building on Lyons Road she was leasing was sold.

"We're all local to town and we have a great tenure which means we are lucky enough to get to know all of our customers and we love being an active part of the community!" Vincent said of her team. "We have kids in the local schools, a husband of one of the team teaches and coaches locally, and we all live right in town!"
Priscilla’s Pantry offers "amazing coffee" that is locally roasted, soups, sandwiches, salads, breakfast items and baked goods.
"We love being in Basking Ridge," Vincent said. "I love feeling so connected to the community where people want to be and hang out."
