Registration Opens for Children's Science, Nature Programs
Programs are available for infant age to 5 years old with a parent and ages 5-7 without a parent.

From Somerset County Park Commission: The Somerset County Park Commission Environmental Education Center, located at 190 Lord Stirling Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey has opened registration for two children’s science and nature programs on Mondays in December.
Because it is never too early to get little ones outdoors to experience the wonders of nature, Young Explorers, a program for children age infant to 5 with a parent, focuses on developing the five senses through simple activities. Parents are encouraged to share the experience with their children and are provided methods of continuing interaction with nature upon returning home.
The Young Explorers Club will meet on Mondays, December 5, 12, and 19, 2016 from 10:30 A.M. to 11: 30 A.M. Fee for the 3-session program is $22 per pair and $11 for each additional child.
