Somerville's De Martino Named Among 30 Best New Restaurants In NJ
The restaurant was named in New Jersey Monthly's February issue of the best new restaurants in New Jersey.
SOMERVILLE, NJ — A Somerville restaurant has been named to New Jersey Monthly's annual list of 30 best new restaurants in New Jersey.
De Martino, at 9 Davenport St., made the list after Martino Linares took over his father's restaurant after it closed after 30 years in business.
"Debuting in April, De Martino delivers a more elegant experience than the old Martino’s Cuban, with its weighty buffet. The strength of chef Ryan Corbin’s cooking lies in his memorable sauces, elevating everything from cod fritters to churrasco and empanadas," according to NJ Monthly.
