Somerset County Man Charged with Sexually Assaulting a Minor

BOUND BROOK, NEW JERSEY — A Bound Brook man is being held in Somerset County Jail after being charged with sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13, according to mycentraljersey.com.
Jose C. Solano, 44, was arrested Friday and charged with first degree sexual assault, second degree sexual contact and second degree endangering the welfare of a child. His bail was set at $200,000.
According to an affidavit, the child told Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office detectives that the assaults took place on several occasions between December 2015 and June 2016.
