Special New Year's Day Dog Walk In Basking Ridge
The New Year's Dog Walk will provide owners and pets an opportunity to walk on a tour of the trails at Lord Stirling Stable.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Kick off 2018 with the Friends of Lord Stirling Stable's annual New Year’s “Meet New Friends” Dog Walk on Monday, Jan. 1.
Check in time will be between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m., with the hour-long walk beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The New Year’s Dog Walk will provide owners and pets an opportunity to walk off some holiday cheer on a tour of the beautiful trails at Lord Stirling Stable.

An unopened dry or canned puppy/dog or kitten/cat food will be accepted for donation to the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter during check in.
The Dog Walk takes place along the equestrian trails of the Somerset County Park Commission Lord Stirling Stable at 256 South Maple Avenue in Basking Ridge. Registration is $3 per dog and all pets must be leashed and kept under control at all times. Humans are invited to participate free of charge.

Regularly scheduled Saturday Dog Walks will continue on Jan. 6, 2018, with check in time between 10:15 and 10:30 a.m. and the walk from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
