BERKELEY, NJ — The town has begun Christmas tree pickup in Berkeley. Berkeley Township advised people to remove all ornaments and hooks and then leave the tree at the curb.

Due to the size of Berkeley, it may take time to get to all the streets, but there is no deadline for curbside tree pickup.

Residents can also take trees to the recycling center next to the Public Works Garage — across the street from the police station. The recycling center will accept trees from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.
