Berkeley Community Pride Day Postponed To Noon Due To Rain
Eaglemania and fireworks at the end of the day are on the agenda for the annual event at Veterans Park in Bayville.

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ -Looking for something to do on Saturday and celebrate your town's heritage at the same time?
Then come to Berkeley's Annual Community Pride Day on Saturday at Veterans Park in Bayville. The time for the event has been changed to noon, due to the rain. Patch will update if there are any more changes.
Community Pride Day will feature children's games, rides and face painting from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., prizes, exhibits, classic cars, 50/50s, and food sold by vendors from local organizations. $10 will buy you an all day ride wristband.

"Eaglemania," an Eagles tribute band, is slated to perform at 7:30 p.m. The performance will be followed by a fireworks display, Mayor Carmen F. Amato Jr. said.

2:45 p.m. -Central Regional High School Marching Band
3 p.m. - NJ Cameo Club
4:30 p.m. - 9/11 Ceremony
5:00 pm - Thanking sponsors
5:30 pm - Emil and Teresa will be the opening musical act.
7:30 pm- Eaglemania
9:00 pm- Fireworks!!!
The event is free. Just bring a lawn chair or beach towel.
