The Duprees, who created a series of hits in the early 1960s, are back in Berkeley by popular demand. The doo-wop group was founded in Jersey City and sang hits such as "My Own True Love" and "You Belong to Me," which both make the top 20 on the Pop Chart in 1962.
Local non-profits and organizations who use the concerts as fundraisers will provide refreshments. Don't forget to bring a chair.
