Berkeley Easter Egg Hunts Canceled Due To Coronavirus
The Township and Manitou Park Easter egg hunts have been canceled.

BERKELEY, NJ — The Berkeley Township and Manitou Park Easter egg hunts have been canceled because of the novel coronavirus. Berkeley Township made the announcement Tuesday.
Officials have confirmed six cases of the coronavirus in Berkeley and 200 in Ocean County as of Tuesday afternoon.

People with the coronavirus also might not show symptoms, according to the Center for Disease Control. With limited testing available nationwide, it is also difficult to gauge the true number of people with the virus.
