Berkeley Hosting Another Drive-In Movie, With Special Guests
Guests including Drac, Mavis and Johnny Werewolf will attend the 'Hotel Transylvania' showing.
BERKELEY, NJ — Berkeley Township will show another drive-in movie: "Hotel Transylvania." Special guests from the movie will attend, including Drac, Mavix, Johnny Werewolf and Frankenstein and his wife, officials said.
The movie night is reserved for Berkeley residents only on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to register.
The township recommends that vehicles start lining up after 5 p.m. Showtime starts at 7:30 p.m.

Cars will get placed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you'd like to be paired with a friend, you must arrive together.
Sound will be available through an FM transmitter and on your radio. You will receive instructions before the movie.

Viewers are required to wear masks when exiting vehicles. Windows and sunrooms may be open during the event, since vehicles will be more than 6 feet apart. Porta Potties with hand sanitizer will be available.
Vendors will include Dags Dippers, Waffle Lady and Chucks Ice Cream.
Drive-in films reemerged with the closure of traditional movie theaters during coronavirus lockdowns. Governor Phil Murphy allowed them to reopen last month in limited capacity.
But some theaters closed for longer because studios have been reluctant to release their pipeline of new films. Regal Theatres, which has 11 New Jersey locations, chose to temporarily shutter all locations as of last week. Read more: Regal Movie Theater In Manahawkin To Close For Now
